Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and cleaning services at Laurel River Lake in Kentucky. The contract will be for a base year with four optional years. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and quality control required to perform routine janitorial and cleaning services. The services will include cleaning restrooms, picnic areas, and other facilities. The contractor must be a small business and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract.
• The period of performance for the base year will be from 12 June 2026 to 30 April 2027.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all related items as identified in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must have representations and certifications completed in SAM or provide completed paragraphs in RFO 52.212-3 Alternate 1.
• The contractor must provide business Unique Entity Identifier Number, CAGE code, and Tax Identification Number.
