The contract is awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑bid basis, with a 60‑day construction schedule and liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for overruns. • Replace damaged concrete surfaces, steps, and curbs; install new PCC flatwork and curb. • Remove existing irrigation, install new controller, valves, sprinkler and drip‑line system. • Install 6‑ft wrought‑iron security fence with pedestrian and access gates, plus LED site lighting with control system. • Perform extensive grading, clearing & grubbing, landscaping (trees, shrubs, sod, mulch), and traffic‑control coordination.
