Water Main Replacement Engineering RFP - Louisburg, KS

The City of Louisburg is seeking qualified engineering firms to develop design and construction documents for the replacement of aging water mains throughout the municipality. The scope includes field investigations, hydraulic modeling, utility coordination, preparation of detailed construction drawings, specifications, and bid packages, as well as assistance during construction oversight.
