Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Help Desk Support Services for the Jeron Nurse Call System, including software support and assurance, at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 support, software updates, and maintenance services to ensure the equipment functions in accordance with the latest requirements and performance specifications. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years, with a total period of performance of five years.
• The contractor must have an established business with a fully qualified Field Service Engineer (FSE) and a backup FSE.
• The contractor must provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of approved FSEs.
• The contractor must comply with Federal and Agency records management policies and information security requirements.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including equipment downtime and detailed descriptions of maintenance procedures.
• The contractor must respond to requests for support based on the severity of the issue reported, with critical priority instances requiring immediate attention.
