091108 LED Lighting Retrofit: Morris Complex and Chase PE Building

The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists ofperforming, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary orconvenient for the construction of Project Number 091108, titled LED Lighting Retrofit: Morris Complexand Chase PE Building and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by theContract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Electrical Lighting Demolition Installation of Conduit & Wiring Installation of LED Luminaires Installation of Lighting Controls The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091108 titled LED Lighting Retrofit: Morris Complex and Chase PE Building until 2:00 p.m. local time on 12/19/25 at the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 for printed copies or $20.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Erdman Anthony & Associates, is required. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
