Vehicle Glass Repair and Replacement Services

The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Vehicle Glass Repair and Replacement Services for city vehicles. The fleet includes a wide range of vehicles and equipment, such as sedans, trucks, police units, fire apparatus, solid waste vehicles, construction machinery, and both light- and heavy-duty industrial vehicles. The selected vendors will provide diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and warranty services for glass components across all makes and models. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all-inclusive service agreements for glass repair and replacement needs • Managing the full scope of glass repair and replacement services • Holding accredited certifications such as AGSC, AGRSS, or NWRD (although not required) • Subcontracting is not required for this project • The relevant commodity codes are NIGP 92846 and NAICS 811122.
