Description
Southeast Missouri State University seeks a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive campus‑wide technology assessment and develop a forward‑looking master plan. The effort will evaluate governance, budgeting, staffing, cybersecurity, end‑user devices, and legacy systems, then produce a 5‑10‑year roadmap with recommendations for upgrades, risk mitigation, and support of future expansion. The university may later award design work derived from the master plan, but this RFP focuses on the assessment and planning phase.
• Conduct a high‑level review of all campus technology infrastructure, policies, and staffing.
• Perform a cybersecurity and risk‑management assessment (excluding physical security systems).
• Evaluate Windows and Mac end‑user devices, identify technical debt, and recommend focus areas such as networking, labs, and classroom tech.
• Deliver a master‑plan document with recommendations, a multi‑year implementation roadmap, and optional post‑award design services.
