This solicitation seeks a commercial printer to produce “Round Spring Site Bulletin” brochures – a 3‑page, double‑folded booklet – on a fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity basis. The contractor will be awarded the contract for the greatest total number of copies it can deliver for the lump‑sum $455 price (excluding two Superintendent‑of‑Documents copies). Additional pricing for extra batches of 100 or 1,000 copies and for the two SuDocs copies must also be provided. The work includes providing a press‑quality PDF proof, obtaining an “OK to print” approval, printing to specified paper and color standards, shrink‑wrapping, labeling, and shipping to three destinations (Missouri, Library of Congress, and GPO FDLP) with traceable carrier documentation.
• Print 3‑page, 8½×14 in. brochure folded to 8½×3½ in., on JCP Spec A80 60‑lb paper, 4‑color CMYK, water‑resistant inks.
• Provide one electronic proof; await “OK to print” before production.
• Package in 100‑unit shrink‑wrapped bundles, label per GPO Form 905 (and Form 917 for Blue‑Label copies).
• Ship to Ozark National Scenic Riverways (MO), Library of Congress (DC), and GPO FDLP (DC) with same‑day distribution notice including tracking numbers.
• Quote quantity for $455 base price, separate price for two SuDocs copies, and unit prices for additional 100‑ and 1,000‑copy batches.
