This Request for Information (RFI) seeks industry sources capable of regenerating, certifying, and delivering up to four KC‑10 Extender aircraft transferred as Excess Defense Articles, along with a three‑to‑five‑year sustainment package, worldwide ferry delivery, in‑country Contractor Logistic Support (CLS), and operational/maintenance training for the receiving partner nation in North Africa. The Government is conducting market research only; no proposals are being solicited, and no cost will be reimbursed for responses. Respondents must demonstrate capability, provide cost estimates, and identify any socioeconomic status (e.g., VOSB, SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a)). • Regeneration, depot‑level return‑to‑service, and one‑time flight clearance for four KC‑10 aircraft. • Worldwide ferry delivery and in‑country CLS for the partner nation. • Operational and maintenance training, plus a 3‑5‑year sustainment support package. • Mandatory submission of capability documentation and cost estimates by 3 PM EDT, 28 Oct 2026.
