Signage and Wayfinding Improvements- Phase 1

This project includeds the removal and replacement of existing signage, along with installation of a new signage system throughout Niagara Falls State Park - specifically @ Prospect Park & Goat Island. The new signange system includes vehicular and pedestrain gatewa. directional, kiosk, identification, trail & regaultory sign as well as targeted hardscope and landscape improvments to complement the new signage. Cost Estimate Range - $1,413,743 - $1,912,711 Alternate #1 - includes the removal & replacement of existing signage, along with the installation of a new signage system at the southern section of Gorgeview South Cost Estimate Range - $300,080 - $405,991 Alternate#2 - includes the removal & replacement of exisiting signage, along with the installtion of a new signage system at the norther section of Gorgeview South Cost Estimate Range - $180,341 - $243,990 Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 6.00% WBE Goal: 24.00%
