NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE RMT 4000 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Hood intends to procure RMT Fire Suppression Systems for the 302nd SQDN on a sole-source basis. The requirement consists of furnishing and delivering three (3) RMT 4000 Fire Suppressor Systems. The basis for this sole-source determination is that Fire Combat Inc. is the only source that can provide the required systems that meet the Government's minimum needs. • The NAICS code for this procurement is 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. • The small business size standard is 500 employees. • The requirement consists of furnishing and delivering three (3) RMT 4000 Fire Suppressor Systems. • The systems must be compatible with the existing infrastructure.
