Description
The State of South Dakota is issuing an annual Invitation for Bid to procure Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment and related accessories for use across multiple state locations. Vendors must submit a full‑line catalog (preferably 2025/2026) together with a percentage discount off their retail price list, upload the required Excel “GPS Upload Catalog Template,” and provide warranty coverage meeting industry standards. Awards will be made on an all‑or‑none basis, with the best‑priced vendor per manufacturer receiving the contract; the State retains discretion to split awards, reject bids, or waive irregularities.
• Scope: Receivers, radios, controls, software, antennas, power supplies, mounts, cases, and other GPS accessories.
• Pricing: Submit percentage discount; discount captured in electronic bid and Excel template.
• Catalog Requirement: Full‑line catalog for current year, submitted at bid opening; updates allowed with SDOPM approval.
• Evaluation: Lowest responsive discount per manufacturer wins; SDOPM may consider past performance and may award items individually.
