F-35 APG-85 Radar Sustainment Replenishments

The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO) intends to solicit and negotiate multiple contract actions with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for Lot 6, 7, and 8 under the existing APG-85 Radar contract. The proposed contract actions will provide for modeled replenishment spares through calendar year 2030. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. • The contract actions are for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation under authority of FAR 6.302-1. • The proposed contract actions will provide for modeled replenishment spares through calendar year 2030. • The Government may consider responses to this notice to determine whether to initiate a competitive procurement.
