The City of Moline is soliciting electronic bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and utility disconnection of residential structures under the Strong Communities Program 2 (SCP2). The project includes the demolition of a two-story house with aluminum siding and shingle roof, and the disconnection of utilities. The contractor will be responsible for applying for and obtaining necessary permits, and for following all applicable City, State, and Federal regulations.
