Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will issue an IFB for a firm‑fixed‑price contract to replace the existing Axtel Wastewater Treatment Plant at Rough River Lake. Scope includes complete demolition of the current facility, removal of perimeter fencing and gravel, and construction of a new subsurface treatment system with precast septic tanks, lift stations, a packaged aerobic treatment unit, and a soil‑drip dispersal field. Additional work covers new gravity and pressure sewer piping, complete electrical and control systems, site grading, erosion control, and optional rock excavation.

• Construction of gravity and pressure sewer networks, electrical distribution, and site civil works.
