Description
The Appalachian State University Athletics is seeking a designer to perform advanced planning services for improvements to the east side of Kidd Brewer Stadium. The project includes designing a new eastside tower with 2-3 levels of premium seating, upgraded concessions, restrooms, and catering facilities, as well as structural repairs to the lower seating area and stadium egress/access improvements. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
• The project is for advanced planning services only, with the possibility of being retained for full design and construction.
• The proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina to offer architectural or engineering services.
• The project budget is $50,521,000.
• The deadline for submitting letters of interest and current SF-330 is October 30, 2025.
