Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 1,000 decals of the NG 23 mission logo. The decals should be 4 inches in diameter, with a pressure-sensitive permanent adhesive and a clear high gloss UV aqueous coating. The contractor must provide three prior-to-production samples, which will be approved or conditionally approved by the Government. The contractor must also provide PDF proofs prior to production. The deliverable is due by December 31, 2025.
• The contractor must comply with GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2, effective December 20, 1987 (Rev. 1-18)) and GPO PUB 310.1, effective May 1979 (Rev. 9-19).
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must report any errors or issues with the furnished files to the contract administrator.
• The contractor must comply with the specified quality assurance levels and standards.
