Budget estimate

$300,000 – $800,000

Based on the quantities listed (e.g., 1806 cu yd excavation, 100 lin ft precast culvert, 566 ton rip‑rap), the total contract value is likely in the mid‑hundreds of thousands of dollars. Assuming typical regional rates for heavy civil work, a low estimate around $300,000 and a high estimate near $800,000 seems reasonable.
