Description
The City of Douglas is seeking an engineering firm to provide pre- and post-award services for a CDBG-DR project. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing preliminary engineering reports, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. The firm will also need to obtain and maintain all Build America Buy America (BABA) documentation during construction. The city is in need of public infrastructure improvements, including water, sewer, street paving, and drainage. The selection of an engineer will be based on qualifications as they relate to community and economic development needs.
