Environmental Testing

The Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking information from industry sources capable of performing environmental testing to ensure compliance with RCRA Subpart X at the Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The testing includes water, soil, and macroinvertebrate analysis, as well as providing reports in compliance with PADEP-approved Environmental Sampling Plans. The contractor must be familiar with explosive contaminated environments and comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Some key responsibilities include: • Sampling and testing of water, soil, and macroinvertebrates • Providing reports in compliance with PADEP-approved Environmental Sampling Plans • Coordinating sample collection and performing water and soil sampling • Providing test results to PADEP/LEAD Environmental/LEMC • Ensuring compliance with RCRA Subpart X and PADEP-approved Environmental Sampling Plans
