Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide 60 parking spaces for the 14th Weather Squadron in Asheville, North Carolina. The parking location should be within 1/8-mile line of sight/walking distance to the Veach-Baley Federal Complex. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking passes for a parking area or garage and ensuring that the parking spaces are available for use by Squadron members. The period of performance is up to 12 months.
Key requirements include:
• Providing 60 parking passes for a parking area or garage
• Ensuring parking spaces are within 1/8-mile line of sight/walking distance to the Veach-Baley Federal Complex
• Notifying the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Project Alternate COR of any non-availability of parking spaces
• Ensuring parking spaces are usable from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
• Providing parking spaces that can fit a medium-sized vehicle
