FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Airport Terminal Program (ATP) Grants

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is announcing the opportunity to apply for approximately $1 billion in FY 2025 discretionary funds for the Airport Terminal Program (ATP). The purpose of the ATP is to make annual grants available to eligible airports for airport terminal and airport-owned Airport Traffic Control Towers development projects that address the aging infrastructure of the nation’s airports. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Eligible applicants are those airport sponsors normally eligible for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) discretionary grants. • The grants will align with the Department of Transportation’s Strategic Framework FY2022-2026. • The FY 2025 ATP will be implemented consistent with law and in alignment with the priorities in Executive Order 14052. • The application should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than July 31, 2024, 5:00 pm Eastern time.
