Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide refuse pickup services for Malabar Farm State Park. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. The contractor will be required to provide a flat monthly charge per container, and all unused off-season containers will either be removed from the property or relocated within the property. The contractor must also complete an accompanying Excel spreadsheet and submit it with the bid.
Some key points to consider:
* Dumpsters should be emptied between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
* No emptying of dumpsters between Friday evening and Sunday.
* The contractor must provide deliverables under the contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed.
* All equipment used on-site must be free of sediment and debris from off-site to minimize the introduction of invasive species.
* Any timber matting used must be new, and previously used matting will not be permitted.
