Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a laser amplifier system capable of increasing the pulse energy of an existing in-house seed laser from 0.85 J to 2.9 J per pulse. The system should be compatible with the existing seed laser parameters, including wavelength, pulse duration, repetition rate, and beam diameter. The contractor shall provide a laser amplifier meeting the specified requirements, along with all necessary electrical, mechanical, and optical components. The contractor shall also provide an electronics rack to house the support equipment and supply external cables to connect the rack to the laser amplifier.
• The laser amplifier system should meet the minimum output requirements, including repetition rate, beam diameter, output beam quality, and energy stability.
• The contractor shall provide detailed system documentation, including operating manuals, maintenance procedures, and test data.
• The contractor shall not provide on-site work during installation and commissioning.
• The contractor shall supply one laser amplifier meeting the specified requirements, along with all necessary components.
• The contractor shall provide an electronics rack to house the support equipment and supply external cables to connect the rack to the laser amplifier.
