Description
Francis Marion University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, deliver, and install approximately 20,263 sq ft of Tifway 419 Bermuda sod at its Freshwater Ecology Center. The contract includes sourcing certified sod, pre‑installation site preparation (herbicide treatments, soil tilling), installation, rolling, post‑installation fertilization, and site cleanup. The work must be completed under the university’s specifications, with all materials delivered within 48 hours of harvest and rolled within 24 hours of laying. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year term, awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
