Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of 6000 pads of sticky notes, each containing 25 sheets, with the VA OCC logo in four-color process. The contractor will be responsible for printing, binding, and packing the sticky notes according to the provided specifications. The contractor must also perform quality assurance checks and provide proofs before printing. The contract includes specific requirements for paper, ink, and binding, as well as packaging and shipping instructions.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must submit quotes via the GPO Publish website.
• The contractor must provide one press quality PDF soft proof for content only.
• The contractor must follow the attached PDF "Pueblo Packing and Pallet Instructions" for packaging and shipping.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
