Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for a walk-behind electronic forklift with specific minimum specifications, including a capacity of 3,000 lbs, industrial battery, and power steering. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the forklift within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order. The bid price shall remain firm for the entire contract period and shall include delivery and all other costs.
• The forklift must meet or exceed the required specifications, including capacity, battery, and power steering.
• The vendor must provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products.
• The vendor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities.
• The contract price shall be as specified by the bid invitation and the vendor's bid.
• The vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the State, its officers, and employees from any and all losses suffered by the State.
