Description
The Gladwin Community Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of roofs at Gladwin Jr. High School and Gladwin High School. The project includes the removal of existing roofing and installation of a new singly-ply roof and insulation. Bidders are required to provide combined pricing for both locations. The project is expected to start in mid-May and be completed by November 1, 2026.
• The project includes all material, labor, tools, equipment, field engineering, and transportation necessary to complete all work as identified in the specifications and drawings.
• The contractor shall field verify the extent of work required for system addition in accordance with contract documents.
• The contractor shall conduct their operations in a manner so as to not cause any undue inconvenience or hazard to occupants and clients of the remainder of the building.
