Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide unmarked engineering data for an initiator, cartridge actuated. The data includes NSNs: 1377-01-203-8651 and 1377-01-355-0088, and P/N: 38-710078. The vendor must comply with export control regulations and obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data. Key aspects of the job include:
