Description
The City of Woodstock, Georgia is seeking bids for the construction of the Towne Lake Parkway Widening project. The project involves furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Towne Lake Parkway Widening, including erosion control, maintenance of traffic, paving, grading, excavation, subgrade preparation, drainage construction, wall construction, utility installation, concrete surface course, sidewalks, signs, pavement marking, and grassing. The contract timeframe is 365 calendar days.
• The project requires a 5% bid bond and a payment bond of 110% of the contract amount.
• The contractor must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other applicable laws and regulations.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on October 7, 2025, at 10:00 am, but attendance is optional.
• The deadline for questions is October 14, 2025, and responses will be provided by October 21, 2025.
• The City of Woodstock, Georgia reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
