66--SUNBURST SAMI-CO2 SENSOR

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) plans to award a non-competitive purchase order to Sunburst Sensors LLC for the purchase of a SAMI-pCO2 sensor. The sensor is required to ensure comparability with existing datasets and to take advantage of previously conducted training. The contract will be firm, fixed-price, and the vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract. • The sensor is a SAMI-pCO2 instrument, which is exclusively manufactured and distributed by Sunburst Sensors LLC. • The USGS has already purchased two SAMI-pCO2 sensors in 2024 and has conducted training for efficient installation, operation, and maintenance. • The contract is non-competitive, and the Government intends to award the requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
