Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) to provide on-call weed abatement services in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, disposal fees, permits, licenses, certifications, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide the services. The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, and expire on April 30, 2029. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including prevailing wage rates, workers' compensation, and insurance requirements.
