IDIQ JOC Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Projects

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is seeking proposals for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) job order contract (JOC) commercial and institutional building construction projects. The projects will be located at various government installations within the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ, and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, CA, areas of responsibility (AOR) and other locations as approved. • The contract is set aside for HUBZone small businesses under NAICS code 236220. • The projects will involve commercial and institutional building construction. • The contract will be administered by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW). • The solicitation is open to all eligible HUBZone small businesses.
