REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR Central Falls Public Safety Complex Phase 0.5 – ERV In

The City of Central Falls is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system to be installed at the Central Falls Public Safety Complex. The scope of work includes demolition and construction activities associated with the mechanical equipment installation, and the selected contractor must provide a complete and functional ERV system. • The project requires a company profile, including company ownership, location, number of employees, and background/history. • The project requires a description of the proposer's proposed approach to completing the project, including a timeline and cost proposal. • The project requires a minimum of three references from similar projects performed for local government clients within the last five years. • The project requires a plan for meeting the goal of having a minimum of 25% of the value of the response completed by certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and/or Women Business Enterprises (WBE).
