Glenview Road and Harlem/Lehigh Avenue Streetscape - Construction Engineering (Phase III)

The Village of Glenview is seeking professional engineering services to complete Phase II (final design) and Phase III (construction and construction engineering) for improvements along Glenview Road and Harlem Avenue. The project aims to enhance the streetscape, landscaping, lighting, and traffic signal enhancements to support a cohesive downtown corridor. The design is targeted for completion in FY2026, and construction is anticipated to begin in spring FY2027.
