DATA VALIDATION SERVICES FOR THE SOFT STORY AND NON-DUCTILE SYSTEMS (TOS 202DVS004)

The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive data validation and quality assurance of its Soft Story (SS) and Non-Ductile Concrete (NDC) systems. The contractor will review and validate each building record, comparing values against authoritative references, and correcting records as needed. The contractor will also provide weekly progress reports, monthly quality assurance summary reports, and a final validation report. • The contractor must have experience in municipal or large-scale data validation and proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation techniques. • The contractor must also have experience with permitting or building compliance data and be able to use structured error categorization and tracking. • The contract will be for a term not to exceed 12 months, with an estimated start date of July 2026. • The contractor will be required to perform subcontractor outreach and negotiate in good faith with available Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and Other Business Enterprise (OBE) firms.
