Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Guardian Pharmacy of Tennessee for Pharmacy Dispensing Services in support of all Tennessee State Veterans Homes. The contract will be a single award Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract. Interested parties may submit information for consideration by the Government, but no award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice.
• The contract is for Pharmacy Dispensing Services, including Brand Name Medications, Generic Medications, and IV Medications.
• The contract is intended to support all Tennessee State Veterans Homes.
• The Government is seeking information from interested parties to determine if competition would be advantageous.
• The contract will be awarded to a single source, and the awardee will be required to provide the necessary equipment and services to meet the agency's requirements.
