Financial Advisory Services

The New York State Division of the Budget (Division) is soliciting proposals from independent financial advisory firms experienced in providing financial advisory services to states or large municipalities. The Division is seeking to engage two firms as Primary and Secondary Consultants with demonstrated expertise in public finance to assist the State in effectively managing the New York State’s (State) debt portfolio, provide technical assistance, guidance and advice on the State's financing programs, and perform other assignments, as requested. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submission of a proposal. To prevent possible disqualification and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the RFP, Bidders should pay strict attention to the proposal submission deadline and follow the format and instructions contained in the RFP.
