Description
Central Washington University is seeking a qualified, registered investment adviser to provide comprehensive fiduciary consulting and investment‑advisory services for its retirement and voluntary investment plans. The scope includes research and due‑diligence on investment managers, fee benchmarking, development and monitoring of an Investment Policy Statement, quarterly performance reporting, participation in committee meetings, fiduciary governance training, and assistance with record‑keeper and vendor evaluations. Preference is given to firms with experience in public‑sector higher‑education defined‑contribution plans, and the contract will run for an initial three‑year term with possible year‑to‑year extensions up to eight years total.
