Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide 5-day janitorial services at the L6883, IDOC facility located at 2340 Dean St, Saint Charles, IL 60175. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the janitorial services. The services will include, but not be limited to, cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, as well as emptying trash and recyclables.
• The contract is set-aside for Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) vendors only.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The vendor must provide a completed and signed contract, IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure, Offer to the State of Illinois, and Standard Illinois Certification as part of their bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
