Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Long Beach Healthcare System is conducting market research for a future bulk medical‑grade oxygen contract. The VA seeks sources that can supply, install, relocate, and maintain a bulk liquid‑oxygen system (base requirement plus four optional items) at its Long Beach facility. The effort includes providing OEM‑authorized oxygen, tank farm relocation, telemetry, daily inventory reporting, and full compliance with federal, state and VA safety and procurement regulations.
• Supply and deliver OEM‑authorized bulk medical‑grade oxygen (including price per 100 SCF).
• Remove existing Matheson tanks from Building 5C and install new tanks at the new site behind Building 1, with all required valves, meters, alarms, and integration to the Metasys BMS.
• Provide ongoing refill, telemetry, daily inventory reports, and annual calibration/certification, plus temporary oxygen supply during construction at no extra cost to the government.
