The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive writing and music mentorship services for its K‑12 student body. The contractor will deliver writer residencies, music‑production workshops, songwriting sessions, and related cultural events, while tracking student performance data and ensuring culturally responsive instruction across a two‑year period. The award will be based on cost, technical approach, qualifications, and past performance.
• Deliver writer and music‑production residencies, workshops, and clubs (weekly, multi‑day series, and event‑based) for grades 3‑12.
• Provide culturally responsive mentors, co‑teach with ELA teachers, and coordinate volunteer writing tutors.
• Collect and report quantitative (MAP, ACT, AP scores) and qualitative (student work, surveys) data each quarter.
• Meet MNPS insurance, background‑check, and compliance requirements; submit invoices within 90 days of delivery.
• Evaluation: 25 pts cost, 20 pts approach, 35 pts qualifications, 20 pts past performance (total 100 pts).
