Description
The Spokane Airport Board seeks a qualified engineering/consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive traffic count and produce planning analysis for the Spokane International Airport and its adjacent business park. The effort will involve on‑site or remote traffic‑volume data collection, classification of vehicle types, and subsequent analysis to develop actionable recommendations for airport development, safety enhancements, and efficiency improvements. The selected consultant will deliver a detailed report documenting methodology, findings, and planning recommendations, and will enter into a Professional Service Agreement after the SOQ evaluation.
• Collect traffic‑count data at designated airport roadways and intersections.
• Analyze data to support airport planning, safety, and efficiency initiatives.
• Produce a comprehensive report with methodology, findings, and actionable recommendations.
• Provide a qualified project team, including a primary contact and any necessary sub‑consultants.
• Negotiate a lump‑sum PSA (and possible time‑and‑materials construction‑management components) after award.
