Landscape Maintenance Medians, Roadsides, & Walkways East of Beach Blvd.

The City of Huntington Beach is seeking a qualified contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for medians, roadsides, and walkways east of Beach Blvd. The scope of work includes daily grounds maintenance, irrigation systems maintenance, trash removal, and chemical application. The contractor will be required to provide a work schedule, employ an English-speaking supervisor, and have a valid California C-27 license. The contract will be for a three-year base period with up to two one-year optional renewals. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the landscape areas, including pruning, trimming, and fertilizing. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency services, including responding to calls within one hour. • The contractor will be responsible for protecting the public from danger and taking steps to prevent accidents. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for providing insurance and bonds as required by the City.
