Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Wagoner County. The project includes repairs such as carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, plumbing, and thermal protection. The job must be completed within 15 working days, and the home has tested positive for LBP, requiring safe work practices. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified to receive preference.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and warranties.
• The bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate requirements.
