Description
The University of California, Los Angeles, is seeking bids for the MP200 2nd Floor Oncology Improvements project. The project involves renovating approximately 9,410 square feet of space on the second floor of the MP200 building. The renovation will include new patient clinic areas, check-in, patient infusion bays, isolation rooms, exam rooms, consultation rooms, nurse stations, blood draw stations, offices, and support and storage spaces. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing and installing all Division 10 specialties, including fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet and bath accessories, cubicle curtains and track, and corner guards.
• New interior partitions, floor and ceiling finishes, casework, glazing, doors, and hardware
• Installation of new pneumatic tube system
• New air handler unit and new electrical and plumbing upgrades
• Modifications to audio/visual, nurse call, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems
• Installation of emergency safety and security systems, including CCTV, ACAMS, and IDS systems
