Riverfest Park Soccer Renovation Design - Build - De Soto, KS

The City of De Soto, KS is seeking a qualified design‑build team to deliver a new seeded 400‑ft × 400‑ft soccer field, associated gravel and ADA parking, fencing, walkways, and related infrastructure at Riverfest Park. The contractor must provide full design documents, obtain code compliance, construct the improvements, and deliver operation‑and‑maintenance manuals, warranties, and as‑built drawings. • Scope includes design, permitting, and construction of a full‑size soccer field, parking lot (gravel + ADA spaces), perimeter fencing, and site walkways. • Deliverables: construction drawings, specifications, material designations, compliance documentation, O&M manuals, warranty information, and as‑built set. • Bids are to be submitted in two sealed envelopes (Technical Approach and Price) by 1/15/2026 2:00 PM; public price opening is scheduled for 1/22/2026 10:30 AM. • Pre‑bid conference is recommended (not mandatory); questions must be submitted by 12/12/2025. • The project will be managed by GBA’s Project Manager, Jim Schuessler, and all contract documents are available through the Drexel Technologies Plan Room.
