Category 2 Switches for Highlands Middle

New Caney Independent School District (NCISD) is seeking proposals for Category 2 switches for Highlands Middle School. The project includes the installation and configuration of Cisco Nexus 9300 switches and ExtremeSwitching 5520 switches, as well as required licensing and maintenance services. The contract will be for the entire E-Rate funding year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Key requirements include: • Installation and configuration of switches and related equipment • Provision of required licensing and maintenance services • Compliance with USAC competitive bid rules and regulations • Ability to meet deadline and specifications Proposers must submit their proposals electronically through the IonWave platform, and must include all required attachments and information. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
