Right-Of-Way Acquisition Services for Long Lane Bridge and Church Street Improvements Projects

The City of Franklin, Tennessee is seeking a professional consultant firm to provide Right-of-Way Acquisition Services for the Long Lane Bridge and Church Street Improvements Projects. The selected firm will be responsible for performing all real estate acquisition functions, coordinating with appraisers and title/closing agents, attending public meetings, and establishing and maintaining project files. The firm should have experience with Right-of-Way Acquisition on federally and state-funded transportation projects, specifically TDOT Local Programs projects. The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. • Key responsibilities include: performing real estate acquisition functions, coordinating with appraisers and title/closing agents, attending public meetings, and establishing and maintaining project files. • The firm should have experience with Right-of-Way Acquisition on federally and state-funded transportation projects. • The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. • The City of Franklin may hire multiple firms, depending on consultant availability and workload. • The firm should be able to meet the City's insurance requirements, which include commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance.
