Sources Sought – SDVOSB for Security Administration Support

The Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide non-personal security administration support services for its Special Security Program. The scope of work includes providing expert guidance, assistance, and customer service regarding SCI security policies, procedures, access requirements, and regulatory compliance. The contractor will also be responsible for conducting full spectrum access control, managing personnel security records, and maintaining the COMPACFLT SCI special security files. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance from January 2026 to May 2026. Key responsibilities include: • Providing security-related customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and liaisons • Conducting full spectrum access control for COMPACFLT-managed SCIFs • Managing and maintaining personnel security records and processing security paperwork • Maintaining the COMPACFLT SCI special security files • Conducting internal assessments to evaluate the SCI security program • Providing security assistance with integrating foreign partners into the COMPACFLT staff
